DO-IT Careers

DO-IT has just received a grant from the U.S. Department of Education for a program whose working title is DO-IT/CAREERS. The purpose is to increase the number of college students with disabilities in cooperative education and internship programs as well as other work experiences.

Ultimately, the goal is to increase the number of individuals with disabilities employed after graduation from college. We believe that successful work experiences before graduation will increase their chances of obtaining employment upon completion of their academic program.
