'00 Ambassadors
The following Ambassadors began participating in DO-IT as Scholars in 2001. They continue to pursue college and career goals and encourage younger DO-IT Scholars and Ambassadors.
Cerebral palsy
Earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Washington. Works for the Centers for Disease Control as the lead at the Section 508 Help Desk in North Carolina.

Earned an associate's degree from Wenatchee Valley College; attends Central Washington University, majoring in public relations.
Mild static encephalopathy, femoral syndrome
Earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Washington. Graduated from the funeral service program at Lake Washington Technical College. Works for a funeral home in Renton.
Dyslexic dysgraphic
Earned a bachelor's degree in political science, with honors, from University of Oklahoma. Partner and managing director at Kellner Capital and Arsenal Advisors. Splits time between New York and Phoenix.
Earned a bachelor's degree in architectural studies. Worked as a computer-aided design (CAD) drafter and architectural assistant for three years. Currently an architectural assistant.
Cerebral palsy
Works as a self-advocacy presenter at the ARC of Snohomish County. Lead trainer for the Transition Club at Lake Stevens, Marysville, Arlington, and Monroe. Received a DO-IT Trailblazer award in 2010.
Learning disability
Earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Washington State University and a master's degree in sustainable real estate development from Tulane University. Served in the Peace Corps in Bulgaria.
Cerebral palsy
Earned a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Washington in 2006 and a master's degree from Gonzaga University. Married with a five-year-old daughter.
Aphasia
Earned a bachelor's degree in information technology and administrative management from Central Washington University. Works at Nordstrom.
Visual impairment
Earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Eastern Washington University; plans on applying to graduate school in vocational rehabilitation counseling. Is working with her fourth guide dog, Darli.

Earned a certificate in culinary arts from North Seattle Community College.
Dyslexia and other learning differences
Earned an associate of arts degree from Shoreline Community College. Volunteers at Google as a Google Map Maker Advocate, supporting Google Map Maker, Google Places, and Google Maps. Completed the fast conductor course at National Academy of Railroad Sciences. Looking for work that will motivate and challenge him.
Cerebral palsy
Earned an associate's degree in art and science in 2013; plans to transfer to Heritage University to major in computer engineering.
Hearing impairment
Earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Eastern Washington University. Has a son.
